So yeah. Got into another car accident today.

Are you kidding? Vegas is the land of "I'm more important than you," especially when driving... This mindset having been imported from the Land of Plasticity, of course (i.e., SoCal).
If you ever get the chance for a roadtrip, I suggest the SanFran area. The method of "sure, I'll let you in when you have your blinker on" while on the 805 will blow your mind and make for a relaxing vacation! :)
